ESG is our responsibility to our community, environment, and team.

ESG is more than ticking boxes. It is about making a difference. At Beaumont Infrastructure, we are embedding ESG into the very structure of our business to create a lasting positive legacy for our people, our communities, and the environment.

Our Five Focus Areas

Customer value
Support local communities
Climate action
Engage with people
Operate responsibly

Environmental

Committed to net zero by 2040, investing in cleaner energy, hybrid vehicles, and sustainable practices across all operations.

Governance

Operating responsibly with transparent processes, strong ethics, and accountability at every level of the business.

Diversity & Inclusion

Beaumont Infrastructure embraces workforce differences as drivers of innovation and growth. We believe that a diverse team brings a wider range of perspectives, ideas, and experiences that strengthen our ability to deliver for clients and communities.

In early 2022, we established a dedicated Diversity and Inclusion board, which has since grown to over a dozen members drawn from departments across the business. Their work underpins our commitment to building a fair, equal, and welcoming workplace culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
