Our Responsibility
ESG is more than ticking boxes. It is about making a difference. At Beaumont Infrastructure, we are embedding ESG into the very structure of our business to create a lasting positive legacy for our people, our communities, and the environment.
Committed to net zero by 2040, investing in cleaner energy, hybrid vehicles, and sustainable practices across all operations.
Operating responsibly with transparent processes, strong ethics, and accountability at every level of the business.
Beaumont Infrastructure embraces workforce differences as drivers of innovation and growth. We believe that a diverse team brings a wider range of perspectives, ideas, and experiences that strengthen our ability to deliver for clients and communities.
In early 2022, we established a dedicated Diversity and Inclusion board, which has since grown to over a dozen members drawn from departments across the business. Their work underpins our commitment to building a fair, equal, and welcoming workplace culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Our employees participate in community projects through a dedicated support team and paid volunteering leave, making a tangible difference to the communities we work alongside.
Team volunteering days supporting the care and maintenance of the sanctuary grounds and facilities.
Charitable donations and active support for Bristol's homeless community through regular contributions.
Biodiversity learning area and nature walk created for pupils to engage with the natural environment.
Installation of a stream crossing for the community, delivered in partnership with Lewis Civil Engineering.
"The team worked hard, were professional and dealt with the extreme heat really well!"
"You lifted the vibe of the place and managed not to smuggle any kittens out with you."
"Our sincere gratitude to Lewis Civil Engineering for their support in installing a stream crossing."
Beaumont Infrastructure is committed to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2040, a full decade ahead of the UK Government's 2050 deadline. We recognise that our key emissions sources are commercial vehicles and gas oil use, and we are taking decisive action to address both.
At Beaumont Infrastructure, we do not just measure success in projects delivered -- we measure it in the relationships we have built. Our approach centres on trust, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to delivering value that extends far beyond the contract.
The strength of these partnerships speaks for itself: 85% of our business derives from existing clients who continue to choose Beaumont Infrastructure as their delivery partner. This loyalty is a testament to the quality of our work, the reliability of our teams, and the lasting value we bring to every project.
